# I don't have one of the required documents for admission

The company decides which documents are mandatory, according to their admission process.

## When the company has allowed it

The document shows the button **I don't have** (or the option **I don't have this information**) and sometimes **Not applicable**. Use the option and proceed to the next item.

## When the option does not appear

- Talk to the company's HR and explain which document you don't have, for example voter registration card, driver's license, military service card, or certificate. They may enable the option, accept another document, or guide you on what to send.
- Empregare does not change the required documents nor unlock admission steps.

## Dependents without ID

For children without ID, ask HR if the birth certificate can be sent instead.

## Sent a document by mistake

Before finishing, tap **Edit** on the document to change the file or answer. After **Complete process**, only the company can request a resubmission.
