# How do I request to reschedule an interview?

The company offering the job schedules and reschedules the interview. The invitation does not have a reschedule button, but you can notify and request another date.

## How to request

1. Open the invitation via email, the [Dashboard](https://unimedcatanduva.empregare.com/pt-br/candidato/painel), or through your application.
2. Click on **I can't attend**.
3. In **Reason (optional)**, explain and state the days and times you are available.
4. Click on **Notify that I can't attend**.

If the company offers times to choose from, prefer **Choose time** while the deadline is open.

- **Question about the job**, in the application, when the company has enabled this channel.
- [Messages](https://unimedcatanduva.empregare.com/pt-br/candidato/mensagens), if the company is already communicating with you.
- The contact provided in the invitation or on the company's website.

Requesting to do an in-person interview online, or vice versa, is also the company's decision. Empregare does not change appointments.
